On My Own Time's purpose is to help local businesses, educational institutions and government agencies identify the artistic talents of their employees.
In-house exhibits in all locations are held in June. Judging is conducted by a panel of local artists. All entrants are awarded ribbons for participation in the exhibit. First place award winning artwork from each of ten categories qualifies for the city-wide exhibit.
The next OMOT exhibit is 2009.
