Community Arts Access Grant: Community Arts Grants are awarded to nonprofit organizations through funds from the Washington Street Jazz & Blues Festival, which are in turn used to match funds from the Illinois Arts Council. These funds "regrant" community arts activities.

City Arts Awards: City Arts Grants are awarded to arts and organizations utilizing funds from the City of Springfield to assist in the funding of specific arts activities.
Rosie Richmond Artist Advancement Awards
Rosie Richmond Grants are awarded to individual artists, enabling them to advance their work and careers through specific projects or programs.
