| The popular "Artist on the Plaza" series, underwritten by area businesses, provides free entertainment by local performance artists and students for the downtown lunch crowd and tourists from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays from the late spring through early fall on the Old State Capitol Plaza South.
